The All-Candidates Forum will be held at the Pinawa Community Centre on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
Who is organizing the forum?
The event will be planned and facilitated by the All-Candidates Forum Committee, a non-partisan committee established by the Pinawa Chamber of Commerce. The committee will be led by Chamber Director Chris Fehr and comprised of Chamber members.

Who will be at the forum?
All candidates running for the positions of Mayor and Councillor for the LGD of Pinawa will be invited to participate in the forum. Candidates will respond to questions submitted by residents of Pinawa, along with moderated general questions prepared by the All-Candidates Forum Committee.
How will questions be selected?
Residents of Pinawa are invited to submit questions for the candidates by email to Chris.Fehr@PinawaChamber.com or by using the drop box located in the SOLO Mall in front of the Chamber sign. Questions must be received on or before September 21, 2026.
The questions submitted will help the committee identify the issues and topics that matter most to residents and shape the forum questions. Due to the number of submissions and time available, not all questions will be asked. The committee may select specific resident-submitted questions, combine similar submissions, and develop general questions based on common themes and community priorities.
Please note, questions will not be accepted from the audience during the forum. Residents are encouraged to submit their questions before the deadline for consideration.
Who will be the moderator?
The moderator will be Angela Wittmann of Lac du Bonnet. Angela is a financial professional who has recently moved to and opened an office in Lac du Bonnet.
